East Sooke Park
East Sooke's Coast Trail is considered on of the premier day hikes in Canada, a west coast wilderness experience within easy reach of the Village of Sooke. The ten kilometer trail is rough and winding, a challenging, 6-hour trip even for experienced hikers. One moment you travel across a bluff of windswept pines, the ocean crashing at your feet. Next you enter a dark rain forest at the end of a ravine. Turn a corner, and you're back in sunlight, at the edge of the sea.

Galloping Goose Trail
The Goose is your trail. You can cycle, walk, run, jog, in-line skate, wheelchair, push a stroller, walk the dog, ride a horse, commute to work, spend a quiet Sunday afternoon, push yourself through the entire trail, or take a 15 minute break on this multi-use, 100 kilometre former railway line, now a regional trail.

Whale Watching
West Coast is dedicated to making life experiences happen. From the exhilarating feeling of racing across the sea to meaningful encounters with the rich marine wildlife of our unique ecosystem, our goal is to provide an eco experience that you, your family or friends will never forget.
